The Challenge

A facilities management company in Canada had field technicians relying on paper job sheets, WhatsApp for updates, and spreadsheets for scheduling. No real-time visibility for managers, and technicians lost 45 minutes per day on admin.

The Solution

Built a cross-platform mobile app in React Native (iOS + Android) connected to a Laravel API backend. Features: job assignment, on-site checklist completion, photo uploads, GPS check-in/out, and live status dashboard for managers.
Results

What Was Achieved

Admin time per technician dropped from 45 min/day to under 8 min. Job completion rate increased 22%. Managers had real-time visibility for the first time. Rolled out to 60+ technicians within 2 weeks of launch.
