Convert Word Doc to Website & Upload

I wanted to get an estimate for the job that I mentioned earlier. I want to sell resume and cover letter templates on my website. People should be able to see the templates and completed examples on my website and be able to purchases and download the selected templates. I want the purchases to be tied to my PayPal account.

I need the following to be done for the project:
1) Convert the provided Word docs into Word templates with spaces/boxes that can be filled out. The spaces that need to be filled out are in all caps in the attached docs.

2) Upload converted templates to my website for purchase.

3) Create ability to buy the templates and pay for them via PayPal.
